LEADERS OF TOMORROW

Project Overview:
Destiny Discoverers International is proud to announce the "Leaders of Tomorrow" project, a series of transformational leadership workshops designed specifically for the youth of Liberia. These workshops are crafted to foster values of integrity, accountability, and visionary thinking, grounded in Christian principles. Our goal is to equip young Liberians with the skills and moral framework necessary to inspire and drive positive change within their communities.

Project Objectives:
Develop Ethical Leaders: Train up to 1,000 youths in leadership skills that emphasize ethical governance and community service.
Promote Sustainable Change: Encourage participants to implement community projects and initiatives that demonstrate learned skills and values.
Strengthen Community Bonds: Build a network of young leaders who support each other and work collaboratively to address community challenges.

Implementation Plan:
Frequency and Duration: The workshops will be conducted three times a year, each session lasting three weeks. The proposed months for these sessions are February, June, and October.
Location: Various community centers and schools across Liberia, to be arranged in collaboration with local authorities and educational institutions.

Funding Goals:
We aim to raise 30,000 annually to fully fund three cycles of workshops. This amount will cover all necessary expenses to ensure the workshops are accessible and free of charge for the participants.
